The Housing Program’s mission is to provide housing support for all families and unaccompanied personnel assigned to JBAB Washington, DC. Our goal is to ensure our customers receive suitable, affordable and safe housing and will assist you in determining your eligibility and options.  

Family Housing

Family Housing aboard Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling is managed by the Housing Services Center (HSC). Services offered by the HSC include, but are not limited to, Privatized Housing, Rental Partnership Program, Volunteer Realtors, Private Rentals, Automated Housing Referral Network (AHRN), Short-Term Lodging Information, Mediation/Dispute Resolution, Housing Inspections (on post, off post, prior to arrival, during move-in and move-out) and a variety of Housing-Related Seminars.

Unaccompanied Housing Office

Unaccompanied Housing conveniently has four (4) separate buildings that house a variety of service members of the Armed Forces.

  • Navy Ceremonial Guard, Furnari Hall, Bldg. 417

HOMES.mil is a new official Department of Defense (DoD) website, dedicated to helping Service members, Families, and DOD civilians find housing.
