The Aerobic Center offers a variety of aerobic exercise classes that help strengthen your heart and lungs while burning calories at a high rate. Classes are free for Active Duty Military. Passes are available for purchase at Fitness Center I & II.
A full body workout that involves cardio to increase the heart rate, and resistance training to sculpt the arms, legs, and core. It is an intense workout for all levels of fitness.
A strength and conditioning program built on constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. The exercises are drawn from gymnastics, weightlifting and cardiovascular activities.
An indoor cycling program designed for all fitness levels delivering an incredible calorie burn. Whether you are an avid outdoor cyclist or new to cycling, this class will provide a challenging workout to include strength and endurance.
For all levels; traditional kickboxing moves are performed continuously to increase agility and cardiovascular endurance.
MOVE YOUR BODY
A class that will include but not limited all movements of a high intensity including urban dance format, kickboxing, hi-low, as well as step aerobics. This challenging class is unique and varies leaving participants energized. This class is good for all levels of fitness.
A complete workout that involves easy cardio movements, light weight training and toning to increase your heart rate for aerobic conditioning that will deliver results.
A high intense indoor cycling program designed to challenge parti1cipants with workouts that include strength, endurance, high powered jumps and extreme power.
TAE KWON DO*
A Korean martial art that emphasizes on kicking, simultaneously disciplining the body while enhancing the mind.
A total body class that mixes traditional calisthenics and weight training focusing on calorie burning, strength training, and muscle toning. Great for all fitness levels.
Includes mindful, slow paced floor poses, seated postures, spinal twisting, standing postures, gentle back bends, and deep breathing. This is an ideal class for those new to yoga, as well as the experienced patrons who enjoy this gentle approach to their practice. No experience is required.
An exciting class combining Latin dance and exotic music. Routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. You’ll burn calories, get re-energized and have fun! Great for all fitness levels.
